Ye Unn Dino Ki Baat Hai was a pre-event held before Spandan 2022. It was a game carnival that teleported everyone to the good old days. The event’s objective was to introduce some classic Indian games to the video game generation and foster a sense of community and camaraderie.

The pre-event was a ticketed event, but non-exclusive. Anyone present on campus could linger around. The organisers also made sure to have old songs playing in the background to give the event a more nostalgic feel and to maintain the ambience. A dedicated production team of photographers and videographers was present to cover the whole event. The pre-event even had a dedicated photo booth.

It was important for the students to deliver a successful event as this was the first time Spandan was being held offline post-Covid. The stakes were higher as this was the first event in the line-up of events of Spandan’22. The pre-event was promoted enough through social media and posters pasted across the campus. Google forms were circulated in the official groups and to individuals to make sure people registered before the event. Enough buzz was created around the event to make sure more & more people attended the event. The organisers made sure they delivered on the created hype and buzz around the event.
